Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution is a leave-on alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) treatment formulated for surface exfoliation, texture renewal, and radiance. Glycolic Acid - the smallest AHA molecule in skincare - penetrates the skin surface more readily than any other AHA, breaking the bonds between dead skin cells and accelerating cell turnover. At 7%, it sits at the optimal home-use concentration: strong enough to deliver a visible glow within about 2 weeks and smoother texture by week 4 to 6, gentle enough to begin without dermatologist supervision.
The formula buffers the acid with Hyaluronic Acid for hydration, Niacinamide for barrier support during exfoliation, and Ginseng Extract for skin vitality. Use it at night after cleansing, before your moisturizer, starting at 2 nights per week and building tolerance gradually. In Pakistan, where heat, humidity, and UV accelerate dead-cell buildup and dullness, it delivers particularly consistent results. Explore the full Glycolic Acid range.
Key Benefits:Smooths Texture: Dissolves dead-cell buildup to reveal a softer, more even surface within 4 to 6 weeks.
Boosts Radiance: Accelerated cell turnover brightens a dull complexion and adds a visible glow in about 2 weeks.
Fades Surface Pigmentation: Regular use softens surface fine lines and gradually lightens uneven tone.
This toning solution suits normal, combination, oily, and dull skin, with caution advised for dry or sensitive types. It is the right choice when your primary complaint is rough or uneven texture, dullness that no moisturizer seems to fix, or when you want surface-level brightening through exfoliation. It also helps with secondary blackheads and keratosis pilaris on the body.
Beyond texture and radiance, it works on surface fine lines and mild pigmentation over time. If your skin is sensitive or dry, go slow - start once per week and build to 2 to 3 nights only as your skin adapts. Persistent buildup of irritation means you are moving too fast.
Avoid it on a compromised barrier, with eczema or very dry skin, on the same night as Retinol or strong leave-on Salicylic Acid, or after recent peels, lasers, or microneedling. It is suitable from age 18 and up and is generally considered safer than Salicylic Acid at this concentration during pregnancy, though you should consult your doctor if unsure. The formula is free from fragrance, parabens, SLS, and alcohol, at a pH of 3.5 to 4.0.
STEP 1
Cleanse with the Gentle Skin Cleanser and pat completely dry.
STEP 2
Apply Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution to a cotton pad or directly to fingertips.
STEP 3
Sweep across the face, neck, and decolletage. Avoid eyes, lips, and broken skin. Do not rinse.
STEP 4
Wait 1 to 2 minutes for the AHA to settle, then apply your treatment serum.
STEP 5
Seal with the Ceramides and Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizer. Barrier repair is critical after AHA use.
STEP 6
The next morning, finish your AM routine with the SPF 50 Sunscreen. AHA increases sun sensitivity for up to 7 days after use - SPF is non-negotiable.
When to Use: Night only. Start 2 nights per week, build to 3 nights as tolerated. Do not use nightly without a barrier-rest day.
Tip: Never use Glycolic Acid on the same night as Retinol or leave-on Salicylic Acid - alternate them on different nights. Mild tingling for the first 30 seconds is normal; persistent burning or peeling means stop and rest the skin for a week.
Glycolic Acid 7%: Smallest AHA molecule in skincare - penetrates the skin surface to exfoliate dead cells, stimulate cell turnover, smooth texture, and reveal fresher skin underneath.
Hyaluronic Acid and Sodium Hyaluronate: Buffers the AHA with lightweight hydration during treatment.
Niacinamide: Strengthens the skin barrier through ceramide synthesis - critical when using leave-on exfoliants.
Ginseng Extract: Antioxidant and skin-vitality support.
All Ingredients:Aqua, Glycolic Acid, Propanediol, Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide, Ginseng Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Ethylhexylglycerin.
